Intermediate exercise class is for people 50 and older. Join in the fun to work out every muscle group during each class. Total Body Workout meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501 and is taught by Kay Gallagher. Join Fit Club with Kelly for a low impact exercise class every Monday from 1-2 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center (JRP), 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO. This class is best suited for individuals who want to exercise but have trouble with mobility and for people wanting to get started back to exercising regularly. Monday Line Dance Lessons are a wonderful way to obtain a fun workout and socialize with others. This class is for intermediate and advanced line dancers who are 50 and older. Lessons and dancing are offered every Monday from 3-4 pm. Cost is $2 per person per session and meet at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center. For more information, please call (816) 271-4666.
Free in January, try out and participate in beginner low impact aerobics and toning every Monday and Wednesday (excluding holidays) from 4:15-5:00 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center. This class is for people 50 and older. For more information, please call (816) 271-4666.
Join our instructor, Jena Kieser, for a full body conditioning workout. This class is a high intensity class for persons 50 and older. Participants may use kettle bells, weights, body bars, bands, and exercise balls. Full Body Conditioning meets on Monday evenings from 5:15-6:15 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center.
