Purpose
The Human Resources Division provides staff support to department directors on a wide variety of personnel related issues.

Special Reviews and Studies
Efforts are focused on studying changing laws, researching and providing advice on questions about existing laws, conducting investigations if claims of discrimination are filed, and responding to inquiries from individual employees as well as senior staff concerning one or more of the programs or employment laws which exist.

Annual Reports
Reports are completed annually to assess risk, report statistics, and much more.

Actuarial Valuation for Police LAGERS Benefits
A report of the Actuarial Valuation for providing active full time police officers benefits under an "L-11" LAGERS Benefit Plan can be accessed on the links below. A printed copy of the report is also available in the office of the city clerk. The report will be available through August 6, 2018.
